Domestic shipping

Orders are generally received within 3-4 working days after date of fulfillment.

• You will be receiving a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.

• The email containing your tracking information will also include a link, that provides quick access to all your shipping details, so you can easily manage and stay updated on your package. 

International shipping

International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location. Orders are generally received within 7-12 working days after date of fulfillment. The processing and shipment of orders may vary depending on new product launches, holiday season, or if we are having any large sales. 

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.  
  
  

• For international orders, duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.

Free Return Policy

We provide free return labels for all domestic customers that would like to have their order sent back, for a full refund or size/style exchange within 30 days of receiving their order. To receive your free return label please email our customer support team with your order number, and we will have a return label sent to you within 24 hours. 

Refunds

If you would like to return an item, we do provide full refunds, or can apply an in-store credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. The in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.

Sizing/Style Exchanges 

If you would like to return an item within 30 days for another item or size, we do offer FREE exchanges for all domestic customers, where we will exchange your item to any item of equal value, and we will also cover the new shipping cost of the exchange.

• If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we will have a replacement shipped out to you right away. We will also provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers to retrieve the original item. If international, please contact us and we will let you know the next steps.
