Holiday Shipping Information

Due to increased order volume during the holiday season, processing and delivery timelines may be extended up to 1 month. Please review the details below for current estimates.

Domestic shipping 

Orders are processed within 5–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended 30 days for Black Friday and Holiday seasons, during periods of high order volume, new product launches, or promotional sales.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, delivery can take up to 7–12 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and carrier transit times.

 

  • You will be receiving a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse.


  • The email containing your tracking information will also include a link, that provides quick access to all your shipping details, so you can easily manage and stay updated on your package. 

 

International shipping

International shipping expected delivery dates varies depending on the location. Orders are generally received within 7-21 working days after date of fulfillment. The processing and shipment of orders may vary depending on new product launches, holiday season, or if we are having any large sales. 


  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.  

  • For international orders, duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the designated country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the designated country.
