Free return policy
We provide free return labels for all domestic customers that would like to have their order sent back, for a full refund or size/style exchange within 30 days or receiving their order. To receive your free return label please email our customer support team with your order number, and we will have a return label sent to you within 24 hours.
If you would like to return an item, we do provide full refunds, or can apply an in-store credit to your account that you can use towards a future purchase. The in-store credit applied is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for delivery.
If you would like to return an item within 30 days for another item or size, we do offer FREE exchanges for all domestic customers, where we will exchange your item to any item of equal value, and we will also cover the new shipping cost of the exchange.
• If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we will have a replacement shipped out to you right away. We will also provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers to retrieve the original item. If international, please contact us and we will let you know the next steps.
Please return any item in the same condition it was sent in:
- All items must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- Some of our items do not come with tags so please do not be alarmed, however, if tags were attached when you received the item please keep them attached.
- Items with excessive wrinkling are subject to denial.
- Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
- Items that strong odors or smell like smoke, cologne, detergent, or have deodorant markings or other stains will NOT be accepted.
